Hi all! I’m a north county native, working in education and hoping to move closer to work and friends! Trying to keep my budget around $800, though I can definitely go up for an ideal spot! My goal is to find an area that i can work from home, but still am able to easily get to my work’s offices in Del Mar and Encinitas. Trying not to go too far south, maybe only as south as Clairemont area. Private room is a necessity for me. Private bath would be ideal, but understandably might be hard to find. As a roommate, I’m laid back, tidy, and love both socializing and relaxing alone. Not a total “neat freak”, but I like to keep my living space nice picked up and clean when possible. I love music, cooking, video games, whiskey, film, and reading. I’m also always happy to share whatever I’m drinking or cooking! Hopefully we make a good fit! I hope to hear from you!
