I’m starting a research position in the Longwood area, and looking for a shared apartment to move into/near the Boston area! I love Brookline, and also prefer Back Bay, Mission Hill, or anything that is close enough to be a comfortable walking distance (~15-20 min walk) to the Longwood area! However, I’ll still consider Cambridge or anywhere else if it’s directly on/near the T. · My budget is up to $1250/month including utilities · Move-in: as soon as possible! Hopefully this month, or November. Will consider December only in the case where I love the apartment so much that it’s worth waiting for. · Needs to be walking distance to T stations! I don’t have a car · I don’t have a pet, but I’m pet friendly 🙂 · Highly prefer to have female roommates · Prefer laundry in-unit · Living room must be open and accessible to all roommates - I will not consider an apartment if the living room is closed off and is used as its own bedroom It’s super important to me to be able to hang out and talk to roommates, instead of just living in the same shared space. We don’t have to be best friends, but I don’t want to have to feel awkward passing by you in the apartment because we don’t know each other.
