i am a very quiet person. My life is about work, and at home busy doing research on my computer for a couple hours then i’m off to sleep for work the next day. I work at a car collision center called Caliber Collision in Fremont. On the weekends i am busy doing volunteer service and doing research or ready to kick my feet up for a movie or take a nap. I have sleep over visits with my son once a month from Friday night - Sunday morning in which we go fishing, bike riding or spending that weekend at my parents house in SF. He is a good obedient son, not wild, or loud. He is being raised very structured, respectful, and orderly like his dad (me), you wont even know he is there, that’s how much of a good boy he is. I am VERY organized, in order, neat, clean man. I clean and sanitize regularly used areas frequently. I am also respectful of others personal space and property. I don’t use drugs. i rarely drink alcohol, if i do, it’s glass of wine paired off with a steak for example. If you do any of the above it’s none of my business, enjoy. Overall i am a good, quiet,clean, respectful roommate. I also come with a recommendation from previous apartment complex i lived at before.
