My primary goal is to save more money, as I’m planning for an early retirement. With that in mind, price is most important to me. My only real need is a guaranteed place to park and my own private room. I cook for myself, and am tidy.

I already have a month-to-month, but am looking for a long-term, budget-friendly place in a good neighborhood, with a reasonable commute to Arlington (currently 30 mins).

I’m a non-smoker, non-drinker who doesn’t mind others doing it responsibly.

I have a clean background, and value a peaceful environment. I typically leave for work late at night and return early morning. I am gone part of the year, traveling every year for a few months at a time.

I’m looking for a pleasant environment that will enable me to make further progresss towards my goal.
