I respect others privacy. My rent is paid on or before the due date consistently. I have a smile everyday when I wake up to see the sunshine. I do not smoke, don’t drink/no drugs or loud music. If you have a cat or dog fine but I do not have any pets. I am looking to share a place that is furnished and can stay at least 7 months. I enjoy taking a swim and taking walks and watching the news. I do not play golf or pickleball but would make a nice roommate. If the owner has a private house we could negotiate.
