Hello, I am a single 55-year-old woman, happy empty nester. I am working full-time remotely from the bedroom office. I am searching for a safe neighborhood, quiet, clean, very humbled friendly home to share & a roommate. As per my Medical Career employer, no pets are allowed due to HIPPA compliance noise control. I do not have sleepovers, or rarely ever guests without permission, or discussion with the owner. I only cook maybe twice a week, due to my work schedule. I make preplanned meals to save time and to eat clean healthy meals and I immediately clean after using the kitchen, and bathroom. I rarely ever eat out. I never have been a smoker or used any drugs. When I am not working or after the work shift is over, I am always in my room reading my favorite books or sleeping Some may describe me as introverted. However, that is a misrepresentation of me. I am an enjoyable people person. I enjoy going out when time permits me. I work 5 days a week & long hours and after working I simply want to enjoy my alone time watching football, my favorite TV shows, reading, talking to my best friends, and exercising all in the peaceful comfort of the room, after a long day at work. I am a very sweet quiet person who stays to myself most of the time meditating and researching on the internet about how to eat and live happily. The company I’m working remotely from the bedroom office requires me to have my desktop computer connected to an individual internet modem tower hard-wired by an ethernet cable to a high-speed Internet provider modem. If possible can you run this harmless free test to verify the upload and download speed of the home internet provided it is (https://www.speedtest.net/)? I will pay the extra cost for an individual high-speed internet modem box to be added to the rental room. I will provide the Ethernet cable to connect to the modem. Wi-Fi, connections to my work-at-home employer desktop tower are a part of security compliance guidelines, and I will not be able to do the job as required by my employer. Also, am I allowed to have mail delivered to the home address, or do I need to have a separate UPS or USPS mailbox? Does the property provide private security locks on the individual roommate’s doors? What type of documents do you need from me for proof of identification, employment & income verification if needed?
