I’m very easy to get along with and I have very thick skin. I will put up with a lot as long as it is not unreasonable and have professional customer service skills to be nice and polite to anyone including room mates and their guests and not start any conflicts. I can be friendly with just about anyone, and do my fair share of chores and keep my place clean. I am a no drama friendly person with no criminal record as you can see using this account.

The place I am currently living is cheap and comfortable, but has some house rules on my religious practices I do not want and also does not afford me my own room as I sleep on a couch. I would now like to get out of the way everything anyone might have a problem with so there are no surprises after I move in.

I am disabled for mental health purposes and get a disability check. I visit / check in with my doctor regularly and take my medication and in doing so I am fairly normal and easy to get along with. I have less money than most people, but I am an easy tenant to get along with.

In addition to being disabled I am also bisexual, I am a pagan and practice ritualistic magic which involves burning candles and incense on an altar that has a pentagram on it. I have been doing this for decades and can do so safely. I smoke cigarettes and occasionally drink, but have no problem stepping outside to smoke. I have currently switched to vaping though. If any of these things will be a problem for you, please do not accept me as a tenant. I have listed all of this information, because I want all of this out of the way to make sure it is not an issue before renting.

I do not drink to excess and alcohol just makes me friendly. I am able and willing to do free spells to help out a room mate if they want such a thing if they are friendly enough with me as well as help out with my fair share of chores and keeping my room clean. As long as you are respectful of my right to religious freedom I have no problem with any person of any religion or higher power of any kind.

I am not looking for any kind of sexual or romantic relationship with room mates so do not expect or ask this of me. In return you should not expect me to hit on you or be inappropriate in any way either.

I’m basically just a normal tenant who is disabled but takes care of his own mental health situation and does so to a degree where you might not even guess I am mental health as a result. Unlike all the people who won’t tell you everything wrong with them I have spelled out everything people might not like about me in advance to ensure there are no problems with the move in date. What you see here is what you get.
