I’m looking for a private bedroom and bathroom, preferable furnished. I do work full time. I’m very clean, respectful, quiet and simple. I have a 10 year old grandson with whom I am very close to and spends the night every other weekend or so. He’s a good kid and we are a huge part of each others lives and are usually out and about when he is over. A basement apartment would be ideal for me as I need a good amount of space. My perfect roommate would be kind, easy going, respectful and clean. I’m a good person and simply want to live a happy life in a good, clean and safe home.
