Hello, I’m very friendly & social, but also engaged in quite a lot of (BIBLE & homesteading) study & typically keep to myself while doing so (but love to go for walks & chat). I’m incredibly tidy & prefer a tidy environment. I enjoy cooking & eating healthy, whole foods, so fair refrigerator space is appreciated. I’m a Christian (TRULY), so I’m not interested in being around foul language or drug use (of any kind, including alcohol intoxication).

I’m on rental assistance from my covid layoff & soon after, was diagnosed with several kidney stones (after relocating to this area from California). I’m scheduled for surgery (short recovery period & back to work).

I love dogs/pets.

I have EXCELLENT CREDIT & willing to pay rent in advance, if I NEED to (for good faith/reassurance; in exchange for you to participate in the rental assistance program; it’s not difficult & is a federal/state/county/city program that requires a landlord to comply/verify the rental costs, etc. Rental assistance requires being in a 12 month lease, but I’m willing to sign an initial, separate agreement for nullification of said lease with fair 30 day notice, to remove the obligation if a shorter lease is desired or something of that nature, to satisfy the program protocol).
