I am a writer and an illustrator that works from home. I will be available to move around late June to first week of July. My budget is capped at no more than $680 excluding utilities (or $750 including utilities).

I am looking for a roommate that is mature and cleans up after themselves and ideally over 28 or 29 years old. One thing to note is I am a very quiet and reserved person. Also, you must be LGBTQ+ friendly and a non-smoker. I strictly want only one roommate for the sake of my sanity.

I enjoy the outdoors and am interested in all things self-improvement. I am very fine with living with cats and dogs as long as you clean up after them in and around the home. I’ve lived with cats and dogs before and since I work from home, I also won’t mind petsitting them while you’re away.
