Hello! :) I am looking to move to the Northern ABQ area from Seattle! I have a small dog (~16 pounds) named Sid who is great in the house, doesn’t shed much, and is mostly very quiet, although he is a little timid of new people and takes a while to warm up and feel comfortable (bad past with humans before I adopted him ~3 years ago) but once he does feel comfortable, he is the best bud you could ask for! I am planning to transfer to UNM and start in the fall and will work part-time as well. I was in the Navy before university, which is why I am so old and still finishing undergrad, ha. With that said, I also have a GI Bill monthly housing stipend while attending school, so there’s no worries about rent for me with just a part time job while going to school! I would love to live in a home where cleanliness is valued, as well as a sense of community. Not that we have to hang out all of the time - I definitely value my alone time when at home as well - but I would love to have roommates who are drama-free, decent people, and would be down to hang out with their newcomer-to-the-area-roommate every once in a while. :) I will be busy with school and work most of the time, but otherwise, I will be exploring all that NM has to offer, love to be outside (moving from Seattle to ABQ mostly for the SUN!), love my dog, love yoga, and am an honest, reliable, and respectful person.
