Heather

We are a couple (male 32, female 39), we both work full time. My name is Heather and my husband’s name is Justin. We have two well behaved cats (5 and 6 years old) (they would not need to leave the room). We are looking to rent a room with A/C that has access to a bathroom, kitchen, laundry access and off street parking for 2 vehicles. Max rent of $1300 a month so we can get ahead and save for a down payment on a house. Our rent keeps increasing at our current apartment complex. We have no problem showing proof of income, we are diligent about paying bills on time and always communicate clearly. We are very polite, keep to ourselves and considerate at all times. In our free time we like to hike, play with our cats, read, play video games and watch movies. I also enjoy making digital art and am working on obtaining my real estate license.
