Seeking Perfect Tranquility Rooming Agreement

Will verify employment and background once a qualified candidate is identified.

Looking for an unfurnished tiny/carriage house, cabin, mother-in-law, studio, private entrance, or master type suite accommodation situation.

WHY: COVID-19 has brought my wonderful children home to roost. My young ADULT children are lovely and I’m happy to have them so close in these times. However, this Mom is a full-time alternative STEM student, who’s gainfully employed full-time with Amazon’s Robotics Team, and some days I’m unable to hear my own thoughts at home.

WHAT: Seeking a tranquil respite to recover from mentally draining work, where I can study, and relax. My dream situation is a reasonable lease agreement for an occupant who in most instances will only be around 2-4 days a week (Thurs - Sat) usually. The preferred location would be anything near or west of foothills from Larimer County down to Teller County. From time to time I’d like to bring my pet if possible.

WHO: Partnering with a professional person, positive family environment, aged person, or recluse seeking a bit of socialization are all amenable. In essence, this would be a 2nd home of sorts, and the icing on the cake would be a situation where this lease payment could be offset. Possibly in lieu of home management tasks such as cleaning, technological or business administrative support, homeschooling, running errands, cooking, landscaping, and pet care.

• COVID-19 health and social distancing practices are carried out in my home at this time.

PS - Love ya but not looking for any “alternative lifestyle” type of offers please, my finances afford for me to secure a non-shared lease option if needed. However, in this time of COVID-19, more newly acquired student debt and my own family/home expenses, I’d like to keep costs low if the right situation materializes.
