Moving to the area to start an intensive Accelerated Nursing (ABSN) program at ECPI. My schedule will be packed—I’ll be on campus or at clinicals 5 days a week, so I’m looking for a clean, stable, and peaceful environment to recharge and study.

Living Style & Routine:

Cleanliness: A top priority. I always clean up after myself in common spaces and appreciate a tidy, organized household.

Vibe: Friendly and open to socializing/chatting with roommates! However, I deeply respect boundaries and personal space. When I’m in my room, I prefer a quiet environment (no loud music).

Pets/Gender: No pets of my own. Completely open to any roommate gender.

Visitors: I would like the flexibility to occasionally have a visitor over, though they would primarily hang out in my room and fully respect the house rules.

What I’m Looking For: A private room within a 15-minute drive of the ECPI Lake Mary campus (targeting Lake Mary, Sanford, Longwood, or Altamonte Springs) to keep my daily commute manageable. Budget is $650 but flexible.
