I want to join up/ move or renew/ my lease ends in May.Let’s renew or find a house up to 2000 a month reasonably 1600-1900. There are many and I have been looking so if that sounds like you let’s do it. I have a very well behaved dog. I am Neat, responsible, no drama, calm. I am a mature adult. Friendly. Get along well with others but prefer to concentrate on myself. I love animals. I clean and cook and want someone who cleans up their own messes and helps with vacuuming and mopping . I have a stable income. I prefer another responsible, clean, pet friendly adult that definitely doesn’t smoke or vape inside or get drunk or do drugs. I prefer a person who minds their business, doesn’t like drama and is also clean and tidy. Mutual respect is nice as well. Be willing to share half of the fridge and pantry and coordinate laundry schedules. Must have a clean record
