Hello,

A bit about myself; I am a mature professional, divorced and looking to save money in a sharing situation. I am a former hotel/restaurant manager and chef. I am currently a freelance concierge/personal assistant as well as a writer.

I’ve lived in house share situations before and understand the consideration and courtesy necessary to make these situations not only work, but to be fun as well. I understand that one’s home is a sanctuary from the craziness of the world (especially these days). I am respectful of other’s personal space, property, “alone” time and sleep schedules. I am an ambivert - I enjoy my time alone but don’t rule out sharing a meal, glass of wine or socializing every now and then. I pretty much go with the flow.

I am very clean and even more so in common/shared areas. I don’t monopolize the kitchen. I usually make quick meals or order out, and I clean up completely after myself, leaving the kitchen neat and ready for the next person.

I do have some storage and space needs. A garage space would be great or an attic to store some boxes, and I use my room as an office, so it needs to be at least 12’ X 12 ‘. Hope that’s not too needy!
