hey! i’m currently living in a 3 bedroom home in daly city near serramonte. two of my roommates with be moving out at the end of june which means i have two rooms opening july 1st!

about the house 🏠 -full size & updated wash/drier -drive way parking for 2 cars, ample street parking during the day -fully equipped & updated kitchen -shared restroom amongst 2 roomies -garage storage -full size closets in each room

about you 🫵🏼 looking for people around my age (preferably women but not opposed to coed living). my previous roommates were a couple and another girl so we had no issues when it came to everyone living harmoniously. prefer you have a stable and long term job just to maintain bills with no problem. i’m hoping you don’t mind small or sometimes medium size gatherings with some super cool people, even hoping that you have people you want to invite over (totally cool if not). my previous roommates and i had a weekly rotating chore board that we each tried to complete each week to maintain a clean and tidy shared space (no one wants to clean up after others). don’t worry if there’s some weeks you can complete your task, life gets busy so just communicate with us and we’ll try to get it done! overall looking for people who are easy going and responsible like myself so we can be friends rather than strangers who live together haha.

about me🕺🏻 im a 22 year old bay native but lived in riverside for a bit. moved back last year for my current job where i’ve made many friends at. i’m an avid raver so i love to host pregames and kandi making hangouts. i love to cook, bake and watch movies when i’m home. i also love to spend time outdoors whether it’s camping, going to the beach or even outdoor flea/vintage/farmers markets!

no pets pls! i’m allergic to cats so if you come from a home with cats, pls be mindful of the amount of pet hair on your items and clothes!
