I’m a 68 yr old looking for a quiet place w/o drama. I’m a clean person, and stick to myself. I don’t party nor go clubbing. I have a family-member here in Henderson who is not well so I’m trying to stay close. My plans of renting are on a month to month basis. But will notify renter prior to moving. Looking for a room in a safe, quiet environment that’s in a decent neighborhood and close to shopping & public transit. I take care of all my expenses and I do my own cooking. I pretty much stay to myself, but I am sociable.
