I am a female inquiring about the room for myself. My reason for moving is to save money. I work in sales for a very reputable company.

I do have my own bedroom furniture, and the rest of my belongings will be placed in storage. I plan on staying at least 6 months to a year so I can continue saving money.

What I’m looking for in housemates are people who are clean, have manners, and respect boundaries, personal property, and personal space. I will absolutely do the same.

I do not smoke anything, indoors or outdoors, including tobacco or non-tobacco products. I also do not vape or use any vapor products indoors or outdoors. If this is something you choose to do, it is not a deal breaker for me, as long as the smell does not contaminate my personal area, shared spaces, or bathroom.

I like to keep my space very clean and organized. For example, I vacuum regularly, clean the kitchen as I cook, wash dishes immediately after using them, and keep bathrooms disinfected. I enjoy having a clean, organized, and pleasant-looking environment.

I am single and do not plan on having much company over.

I have never been convicted of any crime, especially not a felony.
