Patrick & Brandon

Just moved back to the area from the inland empire. I got a job at UCLA so I’m looking for something on the west side. I have a well trained black lab named Gigi. I always clean up after myself and I am very respectful. I mostly keep to myself, but I’d say I am quite friendly and easy to get along with. Will spend most of my time working, working out, walking Gigi, and playing piano. I do hope to get a piano for practice, so I also hope that would not be an issue.
