Hello, I’m a full time student and full time professional with no children and would prefer a quiet space. Looking for a room/basement rental. A private bathroom required. I’m fairly quiet (most times you won’t even know I’m there), very ORGANIZED and I like to keep a CLEAN living environment no exceptions. I am dependable, responsible and timely with all rent/bill pay. My partner is my best friend (& my peace) and we do spend time together, so knowing the visitor/guests rules is very important. I do socialize at times but I also cherish my privacy and personal space & respect others privacy.
