34 yr old arts educator from NYC (moved to AVL 3 yrs ago) that’s focused on expanding my business. Id like a home that’s safe, clean, respectful, and private to do that. Home is a place to recharge, refill, and prepare for the world again. Goals: Prepping to buy a house, painting studio, improving health, improving my finances (credit, savings, budgeting, income), & defining my niche as an arts educator. A strong foundation is a dance floor for life to happen.

“My Sanity is More Important,” is my current motto. Dually I’ll let the little stuff go -and- take care of little things ‘before’ they become big deals.

SHARED HOUSING LOOKS LIKE… 🔹No Smoking inside, including vapes. Eating your weed is ok. 🔹 Loves: clean bathroom & common spaces. Cleaning schedules. Communicating changes before hand. I find it helps create the best harmony. 🔹Separate Cleaning cloths for the bathroom, the dishes, the kitchen (not dishes) 🔹I dont work well with passive communication or subliminals. If you give it to me straight, I’m open and willing to find a middle ground. 🔹I can agree, to disagree. 🔹Visitors: Preferably Id like to keep our visitors to inner circle. It keeps the home space sacred. We can discuss comfort levels about guests before hand.
