Just looking for a place temporarily until I can get my own in houston, I will admit this and it was not intentional I do have bad credit before losing a job earlier this year and I’ve been working since April and also I have 2 broken leases one was for co-signing for my niece while staying at the other place I had to break my lease due being behind 4 months on rent and could not catch up in time. I just want to be honest so you are aware. I am very reliable and will always have the money on time in hand cash money order however you want me to send it. I just want to be on own personal space working and getting back on my feet. Also and I know I will be judged, I do have dealing in stolen property and false info to a pawn broker that was done in 2018 and I’m a first time offender so I want to bring this to light before you see it in the background check.
