I am looking for a room in a peaceful home, and a longer-term lease. I am became widowed 5 years ago, am easy-going, dependable, with a great sense of humor, easy to get along with, fit & healthy. I bring no drama, have no overnight guests, no drinking (but I don’t mind yours), very clean, respectful, and respectful of others’ privacy. I am Covid19 aware and agree with wearing masks outside around others, washing hands, etc., to not only respect other’s health, but also for others to respect mine, until we get thru this crazy time. I am retired from a professional career with Disney Consumer Products Marketing, and now I enjoy being a part-time Professional Life Coach, with occasional quiet tele-sessions - from my room. I also work administratively for a popular music artist in Los Angeles and can be gone for 2-3 days a few times a month depending on seasonal scheduling. I pretty much enjoy living primarily in my room, working, writing, taking on-line classes/seminars, etc. I do not have any pets, though I do love ALL pets. I also enjoy kids of all ages. Though… not necessarily in that order. : ) When not studying or on-line with research, classes/working, I enjoy writing (currently working on 1st book. Yay!), church activities, walking/hiking, gym, photography, and a good Netflix movie from time to time in my room. I don’t cook much, and stay out from under-foot. I do respect privacy, and expect the same. I have traveled extensively and enjoy people of all types and personalities.
