Hello, me and my friend are going to rent out a 2 bed/2 bath apartment starting August 1st in the Koreatown or USC area. We would share a room and we’re looking for a third person to rent out the second room - it would be a private room with it’s own bathroom!

• Rent: $1,200 for private room and private bathroom
• Utilities not included.
• The lease is for one year, then month-to-month after that
• You would need to apply with us.
• Move in date is August 1st

About us: we’re both 22 years old and college students, we’re super friendly and love making new friends & throwing get togethers. We like going out and also staying home and watching movies & mixing our own cocktails, baking, etc. We’ve lived together before and are both responsible, clean, and respectful of everyone’s space. We always pay rent on time. Down to create a cleaning schedule with our third roommate so nobody feels like they are unfairly doing all the cleaning in the main spaces !
