I have lived in Delaware through out high school and am just returning from Los Angeles. I was a ride share driver out there and plan to do the same out here so I do not have your traditional 9-5 but I have much money saved up and would be willing to pay a couple of months in advanced if anyone were to be uncertain about consistent income. Income will never be a problem 😌. No criminal history whatsoever. I am a very laid back and reserved 26 year old individual that is currently enrolled in the fall semester to get my software development certification. This makes me always busy and concerned with my work and studies. You will never have to worry about noise, loud music or a bunch of company coming from me as I am very respectful and considerate to everyone’s environment. From time to time I may want female company, but that would be the extent of any company. I am a clean freak and would honestly prefer my own bathroom. I cannot live in a dirty house so that’s another thing you would never have to worry about!!
