I’m a respectful, responsible, clean and organized person. Very quiet, don’t smoke at all or drink regularly, w/ a clean background check. I have no overnight guests, or pets. I work full-time at a decent job. I can provide a reference from a 5 star community located in Frisco. I just got tired of the apt life, with the noise and messes and the inflated prices. I’m very covid safe and don’t take unnecessary risks. I’m also very pet friendly! I like to keep to myself and avoid drama. My home is my sanctuary and escape.
