Hi all! I’m a recent graduate from CSUN looking to settle in the valley. I’m looking for roommates who are respectful with space and generally do a good job of keeping common areas presentable. I’m pretty chill and easy to get along with. I don’t smoke but I don’t have a problem with smokers so long as the place doesn’t start to smell funky (outdoor smokers are preferable). In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with friends, working out and watching whatever’s new on Netflix or learning something new through documentaries or YouTube. Pros of choosing me as your roommate would include: Professional level skills at putting together furniture Lights being turned of when leaving a room No dishes left in the sink after eating Cons: Having to hear bad puns every once in a while.
