Hi everyone! My name is MJ and I am looking for a room to rent from august through at least june in san diego! I just graduated from Rutgers University in NJ and accepted an AmeriCorps position in Oceanside/Vista area in a school, which I am SUPER excited about, bc who wouldn’t want to be in sunny san diego but help people at the same time!! I am willing to commute from downtown san diego/north park/PB, and really anywhere around there to where I am working, but I am also fully open to any area all the way up to oceanside (the closer, the easier the commute), so if you have open rooms and think I’d be a good fit, send them my way! I’d only like to live with other females (preferably young 20s), and I’m super clean so I prefer we keep the common area/bathroom/kitchen clean! My budget is $1000 including utilities, and a parking spot is a HUGE plus!! My hours will either be 7-3:30 or 8-4:30, and on my time off I plan on exploring san diego, hiking, yoga, going to the beach a ton, cooking, having some movie nights, and just meeting new people! I also love acting as a hobby, so anyone into performing arts is a plus as well!
