Hi There- I am from Orange County CA and I own a condo there. My current tenants may be flakes and I am looking to rent a room should I need to cough up housing plus mortgage. I am an older single professional woman (speech therapist) who works long hours. I am easy going and congenial with a very good to excellent credit rating. I need to come home to a quiet, clean and tidy home. I am wanting an unfurnished room with a private bathroom.
