Hello! My name is Jennifer Turner. Currently living in a one-bedroom in Tarzana but my rent went sky high. I’m looking for an animal friendly home with a room to rent. I can pay up to $900. Either that, or to meet one to three women to find a townhome or house to rent together in the Tarzana, Encino, & Reseda areas. I’m looking to rent with females (Not that I don’t love you men! It’s just a little more comfortable with all females) between around 35-65, but if you’re a mature woman in your 20’s that’s fine. I’m a very honest, reliable, trustworthy person. I’m not a flake. If you think you might be one, I wish you well but you’re not someone I would like as a roommate. I have a great sense of humor & love to laugh. I’m really laid back & I don’t judge. I don’t party anymore, and I’m not looking for a roommate that does, but I do like get togethers if we talk about it in advance. I’m not heavily into politics. I have my own personal world view that I would never push on you if you don’t push your views on me. I would respect your privacy and personal space 100%,. PS- I forgot to add that I have two very sweet, lovable, indoor cats who keep to themselves. Any furniture you have is safe. They’re pretty shy. Would probably be in my room most of the time.
