I prefer living in a house over apartment living, and am looking to change my current environment. I am a vivacious 52 yr old woman who works hard with multiple sources of income, primarily in the service industry. My rent will be paid on time every month and I will respect your home and keep shared spaces clean and tidy. I’m a bit of a clean freak. I would like to move in June, or July latest, and have my own furnishings.
