I’m very tidy , quiet and respectful . I pay rent on time and have references. My cat stays in my room or with me .I am very easy going and am from Aiken . I’m respectful of all love and lifestyle choices. I do not drink/drug/drama. I love hiking in Hitchcock Woods and any outdoor activities. Also have Netflix/Hulu and will share (at no cost) I’ve lived in Europe for 10yrs but grew up here, went to Mead Hall, St. Angela , Aiken High ,USCA , Swiss School of Mkt/Tourism while living in Germany. I love making new friends of all ages, background, colors, love preferences . I love to cook and am very clean and organized. I don’t have guests over- prefer to meet out while catching live music , art or local events. I come from a respected Aiken family and am most adaptable. My only “baby” is my cat “ Biggie Paw$“ who will always sleep in my room or only outside under my close supervision. My ideal roommate would be a homosexual man (that’s always a girl’s best friend) or someone (m or f) that is tidy, respectful of all humans/living things (especially my beloved,well behaved cat) I’m often out during the day and enjoy quiet evenings. I like my privacy and respect others , so am just fine in my room or happy to share socializing.. I also enjoy the Arts, activities that Aiken has to offer. I have no children, no boyfriend and no bad habits !( my mother would beg to differ !) I’d like an unfurnished/unfurnished room and private bath if possible. I also have a rescue chinchilla who’s condo cage will always remain in my room-you won’t even know he’s there. I’d prefer a roommate to be at least 40+(I’m 57), no gender preference , no kids that will live there and who’s easy-going ,open to life’s offerings, changes and with whom communication is easy. Having been a bartender in my younger years , I’m told I’m super easy to talk to about anything . I’d like to think it’s true . I know moving in with a stranger is uncomfortable at best but I’ve found ,during these uncertain times that united is more fun than navigating alone. I’m divorced , so I totally get that too. No worries, it was 20yrs ago and my EX lives in Germany. If you want to look for something together I’m open to all ideas . I just know I HAVE to find a place/room whatever asap and I’ve been vaccinated/boosted and so has my kitty, Biggie -all current and happy to provide proof . I’ll stop now .
