Hi there! Myself, my two sweet cats, and my goofy lil chihuahua dachsund mix are looking for a roommate or roommates to look for a place together, or for a place to move into.

I am a student at CMU, studying social and political history. I’m an undergrad but I came back to school late, hence being 25. Mostly looking for rooms in Squirrel Hill, Regent Square, or Oakland, but I am open to anywhere with a bus line that goes directly to CMU. I like to be friends/friendly with roommates, and appreciate things like movie/game/craft nights, and regular check-ins about the household.

Importantly, the doggo is sweet but can be a bit of a handful. He likes to (playfully but intensely) chase cats that aren’t his cats, which largely rules out living with other kitties unless yours are very mellow or very strong and can stick up for themselves! (I will never be mad if they scratch him for bothering them; he brings it on himself). He also sometimes unfortunately likes to poop places that he shouldn’t, but his poops are thankfully small and we are working on this.

I am neurodivergent and queer, and would love to live with others who are similar or at least understanding. I don’t mind the house getting a bit messy or dishes getting left sometimes, as long as we’re all on the same page and communicate.

Hoping for more of a community vibe than just all retreating to our rooms every day, but I also absolutely understand the need for introvert time and I need it myself often as well!

Also, I babysit for my job and I am open to living with kiddos, so don’t feel like having a kiddo would be a reason not to reach out. I know it can be hard to find roommates who are cool with that.
