I currently live in spring valley lake and am look for someone to rent a house together with. I have a 4 yr old girl and a 16yr old boy. Both will visit with other side of family so I will not have them 24/7. My kids are very well behaved. My son is usually gone at the lake or at school. We are very friendly and easy to get along with! You have to be a clean person! I am very clean and like to keep things nice.
