I’m a mature 50 year old male. I have many responsibility’s at work and in my life that i take seriously. I’m respectful of peoples privacy and property. I rarely have visitor’s and if i do it would be 1 or 2 people at the most. I’d also inform my roommate beforehand. I’ve been in construction for over 30 years. I love building projects As in arts and crafts. Creative building.If there is any home repairs that need to be done carpentry, plumbing, eletrical i can do repairs as needed. i’m easy to get along with. Im not easly insulted. I can take a joke. I don’t smoke or use drug’s. I am an animal lover but i don’t have pet’s. If you do have pets that would be a awesome. ANIMALS RULE!!!!!. I can commit to a 12 month lease.
