Hey there!! My name is Hannah and I’m currently looking for 1 new roommate to join me at my apartment in Grand Oaks as my current roommates are graduating this June. Our lease renews October 31st, but my roommates are willing to do a lease takeover as soon as July!! Female only and would prefer to be around my age group or college students. I’m currently an Accountant at a car dealership and have one amazing and super friendly cat named Polo, so loving cats is a must for whoever I live with as he is the one that really runs the show. Rent at my place is $830 for the room that is available not including utilities which average $100-150/mo. Grand Oaks also has a TON of amenities including a seasonal pool, year round hot tub, workout room, fireplace, and much more. I’m typically pretty quiet and do a lot of recharging in my room, but I really enjoy reading, cooking, working out and watching a good show or movie, and would love to be friends with whoever I live with!
