Hey y’all, my bf and I are looking for a room in the Missouri City/ Sugarland area to rent ASAP. We can spend about $500/ month MAX, with all bills paid, and a month-to-month would be ideal.

If you or anyone you know has a room we would really appreciate it. We currently “reside” in and around Sienna/Missouri City area, which is where my mom lives and also my storage unit is.

⭐️2020 had us down on our luck and 2021 hasn’t brought too much more of a change, not yet anyway. ⭐️We are both cigarette smokers but will respect your property and not smoke inside, keeping cigarettes outside for sure. ⭐️I am an online Reseller on several platforms, see my link at the end. I work from “home” but also do a lot of work at my storage units too. I will, however, bring things “Home” from time to time to photograph & to ship. ⭐️My bf does odd jobs to help keep us afloat. He has experience in pretty much all general labor, more specifically electric work. So if you’re needing things around the house fixed up, he can absolutely do that too. ⭐️We both pretty much keep to ourselves but can be social at times too. We will keep our things in our room & cleanliness will not be an issue.

✨We only request a private bathroom w/ a bathtub & plenty of closet space. Doesn’t need to be furnished.

Let us know if you or anyone you know in the area or immediate nearby neighborhoods as a place for us. (Honestly, even if you have a finished garage or attic space, we’d be happy. Lol.) Anything is better than what we have going on now. 😣
