Single no pets no kids. Very responsible with rent/bills. I like things clean, calm, and quiet and have no problem doing my part to make it happen. Occasional smoker and very light drinker. Hobbies include playing (acoustic) guitar, reading, video games, and working on the ol’ Honda.
