I’m Courtney. I’m originally from Texas, I’ve recently moved to Chicago. My friends would describe me as easy-going, free spirited extrovert , fun loving , and independent. In my free time, I like to spend my time out in the city , either alone or with others. On the weekends, I’m either out visiting others, working or being a home body it just depends.

I’m a flight attendant, my schedual changes during the week And is always different.

‍I’m a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I want my house to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that’s constantly full of people. I’m open to the idea of my roommates hosting small parties - I would just like to know about these ahead of time. I’m down to get to know each other; I’m not saying we have to be best friends.

I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized.

My monthly budget is $800, and I’m looking to move in sometime during the month of May. I would like my own bedroom and bathroom.Ideally, the house would have a yard or at least a porch. If the bedrooms are sized differently enough to justify different prices, I’m happy staying in the larger or smaller room.

Here are some quirks and relevant information: I dont mind noise, im also a heavy sleeper. So, if you’re someone that needs to have the volume on the TV up to the maximum, it wont be a problem. I’m not a smoker. Also a germaphob I like to keep things clean and tidy.
