Me and my husband are looking for a decent and reasonably priced place to move into as soon as possible, our usual combined monthly income is $3,490, but currently it is $7,490 with the extra pandemic unemployment benefits we get until December 2020. My husband works as head of maintenance and landscaping for a close friend at the 2 companies he owns, and I am in my second year getting my bachelor’s degree. We are both in our early 40s, and we are very clean, quiet, responsible, reliable, respectful and mature adults. We are basically very easy going and laid back, we mostly keep to ourselves, are drama free, and either my husband is working during while im doing my college work and studying, otherwise we are both quietly watching tv relaxing in our room.
Finances are not a problem for us, and we can pay to move in, plus we could also pay a few months rent in advance. I can also send you copies of both of our full background checks, (which i paid to have done a few days ago) letters of reference and income from my husbands boss, and proof of income from the unemployment benefits we are receiving during the pandemic if you give me an email address where I can send them to you
