Name’s anthony, I’m like a trucker so i’ll be gone frequently. Just looking for a cheap place to park and stay when I’m not on the road. Yearly or monthly lease is fine. Really anyplace within 100 miles, or like an hour from chicago is the area i’m looking.

When not traveling i’ll be mucking around in my vehicle, gaming, cooking, and generally keeping to myself.

Place with decent parking, mostly secluded, sparse neighbors preferably, trees, nature, if there’s a stream/lake/water close that’d be great!

Might get back into playing music if I get comfy, arts and so on. Respectfully of coarse. The place would be as much yours as mines.

I like clean, but don’t mind things being underway. Living like adults I think is what they call it. Bathroom (if shared) for sure would be pristine as often as possible.

I won’t have guests over mostly ever. Like i said I’ll be gone most of the time.

Don’t mind pets as long as they’re chill and not messy. Kept up with. I might get a cat eventually but not sure yet lol.

Smoking cigs outdoors is fine, cheeba is fine as long as it’s not obnoxious, i’ll have a beer from time to time but not really a partier. Generally pretty open minded. As long as your not hurting yourself or anybody else. Responsible and so forth.

Trying to be healthy. Eating good, exercising.

Besides that I like to treat people the way i’d like to be treated. Which is generally leaving them alone, respecting space, being considerate, coexisting peacefully, and not looking for pointless battles to muddy the waters about.
