I’m respectful, responsible, and pretty much keep to myself. I’m neurodivergent and understanding of mental disorders. I’m a member of the LGBT+ community. I like anime, cartoons, games and spending time with a couple friends sometimes but I spend most of my time at work in Escondido and in my room. Looking for a person or persons who are flexible and laid back. :)

I need a private room but have no problem sharing a bathroom. I have a good amount of furniture so I need a place with an unfurnished room with enough space for my stuff.

My max is $1k with no utilities but can go up to $1.2k if utilities are included.

Willing to team up but also looking for a room to rent, whatever feels right and works!
