About Me: Hi! I’m Shaunah. I am a professional with a background in Construction Management, currently transitioning into a career as a CDL driver. Between my training and work schedule, I keep a very consistent, busy routine. I spend most of my time focused on my studies and my job.

My Lifestyle: I am a “clean as you go” person who values a peaceful, respectful, and organized home. I am a non-smoker and appreciate a smoke-free environment.(Indoors) I am not a partier and take pride in being a reliable, communicative roommate who always pays on time. While I am a big fan of dogs, I am not a fan of inside cats and am looking for a cat-free home. I truly appreciate a well-maintained living space that stays cool.

What I’m Looking For: I am looking for a stable, long-term or month-to-month situation in a safe neighborhood. I value my privacy and a quiet, low-key environment for studying, but I’m always happy to share a friendly “hello” in the common areas.
