I moved to Albuquerque recently and work in property management. I’m a very quiet and tidy person that’s not home a lot. Looking to rent a room with garage access for long term or until I decide what to do with my home which is 3 hours away. Looking for something in Rio Rancho. I have managed a 5 bedroom home in a house share on the west side until the landlord sold the home. The ideal arrangement would be in a shared home with room mates sharing house responsibilities. Would also be open to find 3+ roomies to share a home to rent in Rio Rancho. Or…if your a home owner that would like to rent out your home and have someone manage it for you that would be ideal also.
