I work remotely (full-time WFH) and really value a peaceful, respectful home environment where I can focus and recharge. I’m clean, quiet, and responsible, with a grounded lifestyle rooted in fitness, wellness, and personal growth. I recently sold my home, with plans to buy a new house in a new location in the next 12-18 months.

I’m athletic and active — into strength training, hiking, and being outdoors whenever I can. I’m not into partying, and I prefer a home without parties or heavy drinking.

I have 2 well-behaved indoor cats who are my companions, so a pet-friendly space is a must. They’re clean, quiet, and loved by everyone who meets them.

I appreciate calm energy, clear communication, and mutual respect in shared spaces.
