I am a 48 yr old female that owns a home in rancho Cucamonga looking for a room to rent just for myself. Hubby and I are going to co-parent our 3 children ages 18, 15, and 11 together and he will remain in our home with them and I will come and help and give support. I would mostly be there in the evenings to sleep after I am done helping hubby with the kids. They will not come over there is no need for them to do so they have a nice, beautiful home.
