We are a family of 3. My husband is a sushi chef and I work at home for the majority of the time. My daughter is a high school teen that will graduate next year. We all are very laid back and tend to be very respectful with personal space. As we all know, Socal is infamous for its high priced rents so we thought of this compromise. We are looking for a long term rent in a shared house whether if its with another family or couple or really just anyone who is respectful/responsible and that we can create a safe space with.
