Honestly, I’m a boring roommate. I rarely cook, I don’t bring the party home, I frequently work late, I’m pretty quiet, and I’m moderately but not crazy clean. Pros - I have two super lovable cats, and I’m hard-of-hearing and will not hear you when you come home late or have guests.

After many years with roommates, I’ve spent the past year alone in a studio and I’m basically “eh, that was nice. Boring, a little lonely.” Weird, considering I’m a pretty hardcore introvert. Also, I want to live in a nicer place, and that’s cheaper with roommates.

Looking to move into a two bedroom in a “nicer” building close to the JMZ Myrtle-Broadway subway stop, plus or minus a couple stops. In particular I’m looking at the Denizen in Bushwick. Budget in the $1,500 to $2,000 range for my half, but obviously cheaper is better! Hoping for someone who, like me, doesn’t cook a lot. And while the occasional pot is OK it shouldn’t be a daily (or even weekly) thing inside the apartment.
