Ok,here’s my “ wish list “ so to speak. I’m looking for 1 Bedroom 1 Bath UNFURNISHED room to rent, preferably in a house, by the owner/LL, Downstairs, with 1 or 2 other guys in the house, on a month to month basis or ok with a 30 day written notice to move out, IF necessary, in the B/CS area, males only, preferably NOT an apartment, Little or No Deposit, or Any Other Fees, But Including WiFi, And with a W/D in the house, AND All, or most of the utilities paid, like water and electricity. Yet, I ‘m rather conservative when it comes to electric and water usage. Just my choice. Price range is $500/mo up to $625/mo, I can go as high as $625 a month, ONLY IF ALL Utilities are included in the rent. I’ve got my our own furniture, Enough to fit in a regular size bedroom, So I Do NOT need a furnished room. O, and for what it’s worth, I Don’t look as old as I am, IF that even matters..😁

I’m Looking to stay a minimum 6-9 mo. probably longer. It just kind of depends upon how things go once I move in and get settled. After that we’ll see. I’m Just looking for a place to call home, Hopefully on a permanent basis. I DO smoke a Tobacco Pipe, Occasionally, Outside. I Drink some Alcohol in moderation. .After all, I’m Scots-Irish. But, Please, NO DRUGS. Green Is OK… In moderation. I’m quite natured and rather reserved, Until I get to know me, and I become comfortable around where I am. Then I’ll open up and become far more relaxed and laid back. I am respectful of other peoples space and things. Plus I clean up after myself. I should hope everybody else does the same.

I also Sing, Alot, It’s part of who I am, In 2 different choirs. I Love camping when I can.

So, if Any of my other roommates were to like similar things, that would be nice. Just be Respectful of each other space, clean up After yourself, be 40+ But no older than 60. and at least gay friendly.

As far as the Team up thing goes, If someone’s looking for a room to rent, as am I, maybe we could find something like a 2/2 and move in together? That might work So, , Should YOU HAVE such a place to offer me and to Move in time, Anytime between July 1st and August 1st, let Me know, asap. I’ll come check it out. IF, after I’ve seen the place, and we come to an Agreement, I’ll start making arrangements to move in by then.. Oh, Also, I Don’t have a car. But I manage. Let’s do this. 😁
