I am DWM LGBT friendly Looking for 1 Bedroom 1Bath UNFURNISHED room to rent (preferably) downstairs in the Bryan/ CS area from an LGBT Home owner or PM,or LGBT friendly, WITH ALL UTILITIES PAID, Including WiFi, Little or No Deposit, or Any Other Fees, for up to $575/mo. I’ve got my our own furniture. Enuf to fit in a 310 SQ ft room. I’M a DWM, 72 & Retired. But stay busy, I Don’t look it, but do act it when necessary. 😁, I’m Looking to stay atleast 12+ mo. Maybe longer. I do smoke a Tobacco Pipe, off & on, Outside. Drink Alcohol in moderation. .After all, I’m Irish, I drink. Tis in me blood. No Drugs. Don’t like & Don’t Won’t to “Do’em”. I mostly quite natured until you get to know me and I get comfortable around the people I’m with it then open up and am Quite friendly. I’m compassionate and careing. I love to sing, It’s part of who I am. Mostly choral, not solo’s. Love camping and sittin by a fire with friends havin a few drinks. So, if any of my other roommates like similar things, that would be cool. Just be Respectful of each other space, and be at least 37+ y/o. But no older than 58. If you’re gay or bi, I don’t care. That’s ok. Tho I am not looking for relationship. I’m just looking for a place to call home. Whatever happens beyond that, happens. If YOU HAVE such a place to offer me and to Move By , Sept 2, 2022, let Me know, ASAP. I Must BE Moved Out Of My Current Place BY Sept. 2, 2022! IF, after I’ve seen the place, and we come to an Agreement, I’ll move in by then.
